Plumbing: Water pressure, faucets, drains, bath/showers and toilets and other plumbing system components.
Interior: Smoke alarms, Co Detectors, floors and ceilings, built-in appliances, windows, doors and other interior-related components.
Attic: Insulation, electrical issues, rafters, joists and other visible components.
Roof: Shingles, flashings, chimneys, vents, downspouts. We do not inspect clay or concrete tile roofs, due to the high probability of cracking tiles.
Heating and cooling systems: Heating equipment, vents, registers, filters, cooling lines. Heating and cooling temperatures will be measured.
Electrical systems: Service entry components, clearance, visible junction boxes, GFCI and AFCI receptacles, switches and other electrical components.
Exterior: siding, foundation cracks, grade levels. We do not inspect pools or jacuzzis.
